Fab location, beautiful building, we loved magnificent rooms. Coffee, fresh fruit, eggs and cheese provided in the morning. The staff was really extremely well trained, so our stay was really good! Easy check-in. The hotel was near the heart of Zakopane.

Facilities were great, however Wi-Fi was horrible.

the experience was splendid, would consider staying here again. panoramic view, a large balcony, comfortable bed, too. super patient staff, they could not do enough to help. late check-out was useful.
